Responsibilities:

• Senior Cloud Architect strongly focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing complex solutions across leading public cloud providers.
• Specialized expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), and a comprehensive suite of Google Cloud services.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and refine cloud architecture designs, conduct thorough Cloud Security Posture Reviews, and implement strategic cost optimization measures.

Rightmove plc is a UK-based company that runs rightmove.co.uk, the UK’s largest online real estate portal and property website.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented landing zones in GCP that allows users to automatically create projects and cloud resources that are preconfigured in line with security policies, compliance guidelines and cloud-native best practices.
• Designed and deployed enterprise-wide dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant and reliable solutions on the Google Cloud Platform.
• Designed and implemented hybrid cloud networking (Cloud Interconnect, Shared VPC, Cloud DNS) to provide 99.99% network availability between GCP and On-prem.
• Implemented security best practices and access controls for users and service accounts in GCP, Integrated security command center notification to SIEM. Configured log-based metrics on cloud audit logs for security/policy violations and implemented remedial actions.
• Designed and Setup up highly available multi-region Kubernetes clusters in GKE with recommended security and best practices. Configured Anthos service Mesh for security, traffic management and deep visibility features.
